FLOW system installed in London St Pancras

This November, we’re pleased to be part of a new trial at London St Pancras, testing our digital signage platform designed to enhance passenger flow using AI technology. At first glance, the signage might look like the usual information boards, but behind the scenes, our hardware is quietly supporting real-time, AI-driven guidance. This project is the first of its kind, allowing the AI software to adjust directions dynamically based on live passenger movements, helping travellers navigate the station more smoothly.

We’ve focused on ensuring the technology blends into the station environment, while working effectively in the background. The system captures key data and works with AI to suggest the best routes for passengers, aiming to reduce crowding and improve the overall experience. We’re proud to be involved in this trial, and we’re looking forward to seeing how it can contribute to smarter, more efficient public spaces.
